1 year limited warranty

What this Warranty Does Cover:
We provide a limited 1-year warranty from the date of the purchase that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. The original sales receipt is required as proof of purchase.

What this Warranty Does NOT Cover:
This warranty does not cover normal wear or damage resulting from negligent use or misuse, unauthorized modification or alterations, use contrary to specified instructions, the natural fading and weakening of fabric due to prolonged UV exposure, or damage caused by failing to adequately dry the tent before storage. In addition, this warranty does not cover acts of God, including severe weather such as hurricanes, lightning storms, etc. Under no circumstances shall Lightspeed® be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitation on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitations may not apply.
